Welcome to Europlayatelier. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) cover your access to and use of our website, interactive titles, and related material. Read them before you continue.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using any part of the platform means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the services. Europlayatelier may revise the Terms occasionally; ongoing use after changes means you accept the updated version.

2. Eligibility (18+ only)

Use of our interactive products is limited to adults—18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we may close it and remove related information. You are responsible for observing any local rules on age limits for digital entertainment.

3. User accounts & conduct

Some areas may ask you to register. You must keep login details private and remain answerable for activity on your profile. You may not misuse the service for illegal ends, deliberately break in-game logic, or abuse software defects. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension.

4. Mechanics, balance & integrity

Europlayatelier prioritises clear rules and skill-driven play. We apply reasonable checks to keep behaviour consistent with those rules. Service hiccups can still occur; we may patch, tune, or adjust features to maintain quality.

5. Intellectual property

Copy, imagery, executable assets, logos, and wording belong to Europlayatelier or its licensors unless noted otherwise. Do not copy, republish, or build derivative works without prior written consent. Private, non-commercial use of the interface while playing is acceptable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Europlayatelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to site or title use. Aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid us, if any, during the twelve months before the claim. Services are supplied “as is,” without implied warranties beyond what mandatory law requires.

7. Third-party links

Outbound links may appear for convenience. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their policies or accuracy; open them at your discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached, misuse is suspected, or conduct jeopardises others. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law remain in force afterward.

9. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the jurisdiction where Europlayatelier operates (EU/UK-oriented practice), excluding conflicting rules on choice of law. Disputes belong before competent courts there unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
